Phil Heisz was born in Orillia and raised in Belleville, Ontario. He eventually moved to London in 1975 and recently relocated his family to Mitchell, Ontario in 2015.
Phil earned his BA in Economics with honors in 1990 and since then has owned and operated his own restaurant. In 2007 Phil became an Independent Financial Broker, Licensed Life Agent and for over 20 years he has been a CRA Registered E-Filer and Tax Consultant.
